Farm Crew: Full-time, 4 positions, $12/hour - $14/hour depending on experience

If you have an interest in organic vegetable production, enjoy a challenge, and are physically able to work long hours outdoor, consider applying. Experience working on a mixed vegetable farm is desirable.
This is a seasonal position starts April 2021 and runs until the Tuesday before Thanksgiving in November 2021. There is the opportunity to stay on for folks that show a long term interest in working at Lake Divide and aptitude for growing vegetables.
The position is 4 or 5 days per week and about 40-45 hours per week, although hours will vary through the season.
The position is primarily harvesting, weeding, and planting.
The opportunity to take part in broader farm tasks exists depending on experience and aptitude. This could include farm planning, greenhouse work, irrigation, and machine work.
Pay: $12.00/hour for persons with no previous commercial vegetable farm experience with potential for performance based raises throughout the season. Produce included.
Up to $14/hour starting for qualified candidates.
Minimum qualifications include:

Weeder-harvester: Part-time, 3 positions, $11/hour to $14/hour depending on experience

Crew members should enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have an upbeat attitude and strong work ethic, as well as an interest in sustainable farming, enjoy learning, and be physically able to work long hours outdoor. Experience with farm work or other types of outdoor work is desirable but not required.
Minimum qualifications:
We have 3 seasonal part-time position for the 2021 season!
- 3 days per week, 20-30 hours/week, from the beginning of June through end of October.
- Preferred hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 8 am to 5 or 6 pm, with an hour lunch. Days and times could be flexible for the right candidate.
- We will consider candidates that can stay through August but have preference for those that can commit to the full length of the position.
